1972 Gottlieb World Series
This Gottlieb machine is one of the most fun pinball machines we've played so far. But then again, we often think that of a machine we've not played. The game play is great, and challenges you both to get a high score, while also scoring runs. This machine is fully working now after some minor repairs, and major cleaning of the play field. The rotary target in the middle keeps it interesting.
I put some LED replacement bulbs in this machine to brighten it up a bit, and while there is some play field wear, it still plays great. The pop bumpers needed to be rebuilt in this, and are lively now. Overall, a fun machine, one that will probably stay in the game room for a while. There were only 775 of these machines produced.
